We want you to love your Petal & Pup purchase, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and free of makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit to find something new or perform a direct size exchange for the same style.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your credit once the return is received and inspected.
